Notcuk is a free online platform for creating and sharing text-based notes. You can use it as a guest without registering, or create an account to store your notes permanently.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the platform, you agree to the following rules:

• Not sharing content that violates applicable laws.
• Not uploading content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Not sharing personal data, passwords, or sensitive information publicly.
• Not overloading the system with automated tools, creating spam content, or misusing the service.
• Not publishing content that may harm other users or third parties.

3. Content Ownership

The content of the notes you create belongs to you. Notcuk does not claim any ownership rights over this content. However, Notcuk reserves the right to perform necessary technical operations (storage, transmission, etc.) to operate the service.

4. Guest Notes and Automatic Deletion

Guest notes created without an account are automatically deleted 48 hours after creation. If you want your notes to be permanent, you can create a free account.

5. Content Removal

Content that violates these terms may be removed without prior notice. You can contact us to report illegal or harmful content.

6. Service Changes and Interruptions

Notcuk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice. Notcuk is not responsible for data loss arising from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". Notcuk is not responsible for damages arising from user-submitted content, data loss, or unavailability of the service.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current terms are always published on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
