Support, privacy inquiries, and content reports: support@havadurumullc.com

These terms apply when you use Notcuk to create, store and share text and code notes. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

1. Scope of service

Notcuk is a free service for sharing text or code through short links. You can create time-limited guest notes or register an account to manage notes. Account notes are not subject to the guest expiry period; the deletion, inactivity and service termination provisions below still apply.

2. Accounts and security

Register with an email address that belongs to you and that you can access. New accounts must verify their email address before creating notes with their account. You are responsible for protecting your account password and reset links and monitoring account activity. Report suspected unauthorized access to our support address.

3. Acceptable use

When using the service, you must avoid the following:

  • Sharing unlawful content or infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy or other people’s rights.
  • Disclosing other people’s personal information without authorization or distributing phishing, fraud, threats or malware.
  • Creating spam, overloading the service or attempting to bypass security and usage limits.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or password-protected notes.

To protect the service, limits apply to content length, registration, note creation, login and contact requests. A note may contain up to 100000 characters. Bot verification or temporary request limits may cause a submission to be rejected.

4. Content rights and responsibility

You retain your rights in note content. Upload only content you are authorized to share. You grant Hava Durumu LLC permission to store, technically process and deliver the content to people accessing its link to the extent necessary to provide the service. This permission does not transfer ownership.

5. Sharing and note passwords

Anyone who knows the link to a note without password protection can read and copy it. Short links are not guaranteed to be private or unguessable. A note password restricts access; content is not end-to-end encrypted. The service cannot prevent further sharing by people given the link or note password. Do not include sensitive data, account passwords or secret keys in notes.

6. Note retention and deletion

Guest notes become unavailable 48 hours after creation. Notes moved to the trash by their owner become unavailable and may be restored through the dashboard when eligible. Notes removed by administration or expired notes cannot be restored in the same way. Marking a note as deleted does not mean database records and backups are physically erased at the same time. Keep your own copies of important notes. Guest notes are permanently removed from the active database by the next cleanup task once 30 days have passed since expiry.

7. Closure of inactive accounts

Accounts without a login for one year are considered inactive. The period is measured from the last successful login, or from registration if there has never been a login. After one year, a warning is sent to the registered email address explaining that the account will be closed unless you sign in within one month.

The one-month grace period starts when the email delivery provider accepts the warning. A successful login during this period cancels closure and restarts the inactivity period. If you do not sign in, the cleanup task running after the one-month deadline permanently deletes the account and all its notes from the application’s active database. If sending the warning fails, the grace period does not start and sending is retried on a subsequent run.

Account notes therefore do not have an unlimited retention guarantee. Maintain access to your registered email, check your spam folder and keep separate backups of important notes. Recovery of deleted accounts or notes is not guaranteed; the status of backup copies is explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Content and rights reports

Send support, privacy, copyright and other content reports to support@havadurumullc.com. Include the relevant Notcuk link, a description of the issue, information supporting your request and a contact address for our response. Explain your authority if reporting on someone else’s behalf. Further information may be requested; a report does not automatically result in removal.

9. Access restrictions and account suspension

Access to a note or account may be restricted, content removed or an account suspended in response to rights violations, unlawful content, abuse or risks to service security. Urgent security action may precede notice. If you believe an action was mistaken, you may request a review through the support address.

10. Availability and liability

Uninterrupted access, error-free operation and unlimited retention are not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical faults, security measures or termination of the service may affect access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hava Durumu LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from user-shared content or service interruptions. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or override mandatory user rights.

11. Privacy and service providers

The Privacy Policy explains processing of account, note, contact and security data; the Cookie Policy explains the session cookie. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, Hostinger for hosting and Brevo for account emails.
